There were 13 homes sold in the Sacramento County market over the last 30 days. During the same period, the total number of price reductions was 17, the most since February. During the same time frame, Contra Costa County had the most price reductions of any other neighboring county with 606. As the lowering of listing prices hit a high, sale prices themselves have been increasing. The median sales price hit $290,000, extending a four-week long spike.
