Dine Downtown Kicks Off Year Number 10 Kitchens in downtown Sacramento are sounding busy and smelling delicious for a special 10-day event — Dine Downtown. The successful program started 10 years ago, and in the last 5 years they made $3.5 million in restaurant sales. “3 courses, 4 options on each course,” said Dan Funk, the Assistant General manager at Hook & Ladder. “We’re always going to have a vegetarian option in there as well. And then optional wine pairings with each course.”
